I think there should be more foodstamps given, at least for awhile, I just can't see letting a kid suffer because their parents are irresponsible. I do think that if it gets to 3+ kids, if the parent is making no effort to get a job or just not caring enough to get a better job, then the kids should be taken away until they do.
